Digital Deployment maintains websites and relationships with 172
distinct organizations: 80 Deployment clients and 92 Streamline
clients. As our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible
for the support and training of these clients, with a focus on
customer retention and happiness. Support is currently managed by
a pool of employees that are primarily focused on other tasks;
hiring into this role is intended to reflect our commitment to
our long term relationships with our clients, and make support a
focus of our company.
