The measures, particularly unorthodox for a Sacramento small
business, have attracted national attention. In January, Dr.
Carolyn Chen, a prominent sociologist and author from
Northwestern University, travelled to Sacramento to spend an
entire day Digital Deployment, interviewing its Leadership team
and learning about its culture.
According to Dr. Chen, who had interviewed numerous
Silicon-valley giants and other businesses with ambitious
wellness programs, “What [Digital Deployment] has is truly
incredible. No one is doing anything like this.”
The rapidly-growing company has recently garnered other awards
and was named one of the “Best

Digital Deployment was recognized alongside other regional
businesses at an award ceremony Friday, April 25, from 11:30
to 1:30 at the DoubleTree Sacramento.
“Mac” (short for Michael Alan Clemmens) is the CEO of Digital
